San Bernardino Solar Panels is a referral service connecting San Bernardino homeowners with independent solar companies. We are not an installer, lender, utility, or government agency. We may be paid when a request is passed to a partner company.
Our guides help you prepare questions and compare proposals. Independent companies assess properties, prepare quotes, and perform contracted work. You choose whether to engage a company; a referral does not guarantee availability, approval, savings, or a particular outcome.
Editorial standards
We use primary sources: government departments, regulators, utilities, and statutes. Links sit beside the claims they support so readers can check the original guidance. Program administrators and the official SolarAPP+ jurisdiction list are primary sources for their own programs, not independent reviews or endorsements.
Verified means the cited source supports the specific statement reviewed. It does not establish eligibility for every address or project. We mark unresolved details as unverified rather than filling gaps with assumptions.
For example, the City’s residential-solar page verifies a Symbium application route. The City of San Bernardino does not appear on the SolarAPP+ jurisdiction list we reviewed, but absence is not proof of non-adoption. Its SolarAPP+ position remains unverified here. Our San Bernardino SCE-territory statement also remains unverified because we could not confirm it from an SCE primary source. Homeowners should check the utility named on their bill.
